As a health service support leader, I have seen first-hand the challenges our inner city communities face and the levels of true support they need to truly make a lasting difference in their lives and economic well-being. I have learned that healing begins from the inside out. This is why at CCE, we train our staff on empathetic delivery and interpersonal communication skills. We don’t say we care, we show it.
